Happy St. Valentine’s Day!
This past year has been a JAM PACKED year of non-stop love and I hope all of you are celebrating by expressing your love today! I want to thank all my clients from the past 12 months who hired me to record their love! St. Valentine was martyred for protesting a ban on marriage, and his stance on love and →

Childish.
Why do I love kids? Their innocence. They are willing to explore despite formalwear. They unabashedly admit dependence upon those who love them. They run And hope To fly. I love them because they are childish! And perhaps we all should be, sometimes. <3 Liesl
Portraits with a View
I loved this orange lighthouse at the Rancho Sol Del Pacifico! Alexandra is a stunner! We caught the last bit of evening light as the day was running about 1.5 hours behind :) Running late is part of getting married and Glen and Alexandra rolled with it! And so did their rockin' posse! Seriously. Her cuteness factor is off the charts. And the sweet shot below →
Reflective Ceremony
I don't know if there really is a perfect place to get married. But if there is . . . then Alexandra & Glen picked it. I loved their Orange Huppah! Her gentle expression, I love it. Their first walk as husband and wife! I will post some fun portraits soon! <3 Liesl
Alex & Glen Get Ready to Roll!
Alexandra has some relaxing chat time with her girls before donning her gorgeous wedding gown. Her expressions are so adorable. My favorite thing about Alexandra? Other than being astonishingly kind and beautiful, she INSISTED on taking a Self-Dorktrait! Yeah, she took this shot herself :) Glen helps his father achieve perfection Beautiful detail shot of The Rancho Sol Del Pacifico More previews to follow soon! →
Apache Art Monday
During my recent trip to Atlanta, GA I was hosted by the most amazing Barry Williams, a photographer from Atlanta who can cook better than (yes I am going to say it) my mom. (SHHHH) He is a force to be reckoned with. For some reason his nickname is White Boy, I still can't figure out why . . . We went to →
DJ Elixir Does Hotlanta!

Lens Play
I love long ceremonies because they give me the opportunity to goof around! These images were taken with a homemade lens. You can see the line of focus is different than a standard lens, click the link above to see how it works! If you like the look of it but do not want to make your own, try a lensbaby! The images from →
Amy & Jon @ Defoor Centre
Amy & Jonathan hired me to come out to Atlanta for their wedding at the http://www.defoorcentre.com/ In true Hot-Lanta fashion, it was burning up like a sauna, so I found the ONE tiny shady spot outside the art gallery for this portrait! The coordinator said I should find somewhere "pretty" which made me smile :) Amy & Jon you two were so →
