They are high school sweethearts and now they both work at Bank of America and are also into running. The real kind of running; the kind most of us look at as some kind of super hero power because they do it for hours and hours on end. This can only lead me to believe that, since they are both sweethearts, love running, and both work at Bank of America, that within a couple of years they will be Sweetly Running Bank of America!

We started our portrait session at the Chicago Board of Trade

As we walked toward the intersection of Jackson & LaSalle I saw this light dancing back and forth between the buildings, I love it!

Fire purifies.

We all have to walk through fires in our lives at some point. We can choose to let trials burn us, or we can choose to let them purify us.

In relationships we all have trials, and as I have gotten to know Carrie and Jamil a bit more, I have had the opportunity to see how they allow trials in their lives to encourage growth.

I love the room at Zed451, it allowed me to create this awesome allegorical image :)

I loved the intimate garden setting for the ceremony, it gave is such a personal feel. I also enjoyed playing with the flaring light and bending vines!

The private terrace at the Weathervane was the perfect backdrop for Nicole & Damien's intimate wedding.

I also loved that Nicole picked white dresses for her bridesmaids!

Damien was so calm and confident!

And of course the wind and light work together to make a perfect scene for me!

Although you can't shoot in the gallery section, there is one hallway that is photographable. Lucky for us, there is a killer painting hanging in it!

I was thrilled to find some orange left in the trees! Very fortunate weather for December 31 in Chicago!
