This past week I visited Brook Green Gardens in Myrtle Beach, SC

 I will be photographing a wedding there soon so I wanted to explore!

These colorful leaves caught my eye, I love the light coming through them.

    Random story…when my aunt got married in the 70’s, her florist in no way showed up. My grandma improvised and handed my aunt her Bible to carry and saved the day. I’m not religious, but I believe it is awesome that my grandma thought of some thing off the cuff and took away the panic factor for my aunt. That is just how she was. If she had been still about, she would assume all of our weddings rock. She was offbeat in her time too.
